I am not sure about the version of OpenOffice, the menue states: OpenOffice.org 3.0.1 OOO300m15 (build 9379) Sorry, not reproducible on Suse 10.3. with Office 3.1.1 Please attach one of your eps files or your impress file . Thanks. Which linux are you using? Is this an official OOo version or from some other distributor? Im am using ubuntu 9.04, I got the OO version via apt-get from the following source: http://ppa.launchpad.net/openoffice-pkgs/ubuntu I already have attached an example above as pdf. Could it be that there have been changes in the eps coding so that my eps files are too old? Because if I insert these files with OO2.0 I dont have these kind of problems. I will attach one of my eps files and an example document Created attachment 65614 [details]

I also updated to OOo3.1, which didnt help This seems to be some kind of moire or something. is there a workaround? I do not reproduce the problem with OOo320_m3 under Ubuntu 8.04. With OOo 3.1.1 picture is correct in edit mode but is not visible in slideshow mode. If I remove the picture and insert your eps file, the slideshow works fine. As far I can understand Postcript, there is no preview in your EPS file. Perhaps the issue is in the way this preview was generated by the old OOo version. |
