- open the attached database document
- open the contained table for data entry, by double-clicking it
- go to the last row, and insert "smith" in the "name" column
- leave the row, or press the "Save Record" button in the toolbar
=> nothing happens

It is correct that the record is not inserted, since it would actually be a
violation of a constraint on the table. However, there should be an error
reported to the user, instead of silently doing nothing.

worked in 3.1 => keyword regression, target 3.2

fixed in CWS dba32j
