Description oc 2009-11-02 13:16:07 UTC
In cws Printerpullpages:
- Open attached document
- Open print dialog (FILE-PRINT)
- The editfield for pages shows 1-4
- Enable ALL SHEETS => the editfield still shows 1-4 but should 1-12

don't know whether it is a good idea to change the contents of that field
continuously; it may after all contain something the user entered. Adding
Christoph on CC.

pl, thanks for the CC :-)

PL, you are right. It is possible to manually enter some "page" numbers, then
change back to "all pages" (to e.g. check some of the pages in the print
preview) and then re-select "pages" (to e.g. correct the already existing
setting). Changing it, might cause some weirdness by the user, because automatic
changes might have unwanted impact on what the user expects. Thus, at the moment
I propose to keep the current behavior - no update.

I will further think about it, maybe it makes sense to update the field if
#106835 ([CWS printerpullpages] Use print preview when manually entering pages)
gets integrated.
