The document was created in OOo 2.x and when saved to .DOC, document is
corrupted; The footer table format is screwed.
The same with OOo2.4.1 and 3.1.1

It is also noteworthy, that opening in Office2003, Word complains that the file
is corrupt.

MRU->HBRINKM: the one-cell table in the footer is turned into a nested table
with another 4x2 table around it. Broke in 3.0.1.

set target 3.x since not relevant for 3.4 release.
