New document in Draw. Zoom 48%, for example.
Change page size to width:14cm, height:10cm
I see zooming to fitting page's width -- 147%
Set zoom to 100%
Change page size to width:13cm, 
I see zooming to fitting page's width.

Can we fix zooming (do not re-zooming) on changing page size?

@mr_smyle: could you please try again with OOo3.2rc3 if the issue exists also
in that version.

yes, it is in 320m10
to reproduce it:
1. create new draw
2. in menu format -> page... set height & width to 5 cm, push ok

Result - zoom set to 289%. I think be more useful to leave zoom, don't change it.

As a additional issue - zoom slider in status bar not reflects this rezooming on
changing page size.

Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]", same with
"Ooo-Dev 3.3.0 multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [DEV300m70 (Build 9478)]".
I see that modifying page size always initiates a zoom to "fit width and height". 

Bug or feature?

Bug i think. I Set page size for  specifying region for export to png. I often
change page size and in addition I should set zoom to 100% or to previous value.
I think will be right to not change zoom factor.

For example. GIMP, Incskape, Adobe Illustrator, Corel, PhotoShop, OOo Writer are
did not change zoom-factor on resizing page or image.

I'm not a qa or developer inside the graphics project of OOo.
