While working on issue 107249, noticed that in xinerama modes, leaving writer
fullscreen state ends up with a writer frame that lacks window decorations, and
fills the whole (sub)screen - but only for the generic plugin (and of course
unrelated to my changes in issue 107249).

Apparently salframe.cxx's xinerama codepath in ShowFullscreen needs more love...
