In Draw's Drawing Bar there is two icon/button with same tip/name "Rectangle".
One, the simple one, is by default at the bar. The other one, which open
complete Retangles toolbar itself, can be activated by customizing. It seems
that the later icon has intended to have name "Rectangles" but it shows name
"Rectangle" as tooltip and at the Commands selection list in Add Commands
dialog. In version 3.2 toobar works with rounded shapes etc. but its name is
still in singular at tooltip. In Help page name is "Rectangles" which I think is
correct for UI too.
