OOo Base (OOo 3.1) doesn't offer UTF16 choice when configuring an ODBC connection.
Context: I need to access a SqLite 3 / UTF16 source.

Is there a ready solution for this? (patch...)
Or a roadmap for featuring this missing sub-feature?
