Tons of new Linux users are longing for a true WYSIWYG Linux alternative to the
popular html editor MS Frontpage that was favored by beginner-intermediate web
builders. Many former Frontpage users miss the user-friendliness and convenient
features Frontpage had (like easy text editing, shared borders and auto
thumbnail) and think OOWeb is the closet Linux replacement for it, but
understand OOWeb isn't up to being a complete web editor.

The lack of a true Frontpage replacement is one of the main reasons I keep a
Windows dual boot with my Linux OS.

I highly recommend you create a full-featured html editor for OOo suite to be a
true Linux alternative to MS Frontpage.

If you do and make it produce decent code (unlike Frontpage did), OOo will be
the hottest app in Linux world and beyond!

Thank you for your submission!

Unfortunately, we have no resource available to fix or improve the HTML
component, so that we only can fix crashes and huge regressions.

So making a full-featured new component in this area is not in our scope at all.

Thank you for your comprehension.
