AW: This is a preparation task for #i67705#. Problem is that attributes are set
and written for OLE objects for fill and linestyle, just because they are
defaulted to Blue8 and hairline. This needs to be changed and also be corrected
at import from the changed version on.

AW: Unfortunately there is no safe way currently to detect old file versions,
thus i will take back all my actions executed, set milestone and wait for ODF1.2
final.
