This change is intentional, see http://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/features/3.2/#calc_strings, http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=allfeatures&msgNo=3523 and issue 5658. *** Issue 109721 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** No new arguments, so closed *** Issue 109721 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** Testing with attachment for Issue 109721 issue I see that my MS EXCEL VIEWER handles that like OOo 3.1, not like 3.2.! Have there be any comparisons with other spreadsheet software before that change? Have there been any UX comments? *** Issue 110123 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** In between we had some discussion in Issue 109721 with many new points of view, it seems that the WONTFIX decision was overhasty. May be the new behaviour is intended, but intention seems to be wrong, pls see Issue 109721. |
