How to reproduce:
1. Make OOO ask for saving in ODF format, if another format is used.
   (On by default, but can be disabled)
2. Load a document, not in ODF format (I tested Microsoft Word (.doc) and
Spreadsheet (.xls))
3. Choose File/Save as
4. Change the path, where to save the document
5. Click the "Save" button
6. OOO pops up a dialogue containing the buttons "Keep current format" and "Save
in ODF Format"
7. Click "Save in ODF Format"
  => OOO reverts the path back to the one, you saw in step 3.
  Now you have to again choose the correct path.

Correct behaviour:
In step 7. the path shouldn't change from the one already chosen.

P.S.: I saw the same issue, when I tested using Calc; I could imagine that the
issue is with some common code. Please change the "Component" if needed.
