When I open the first time Options - Load/Save - General
default is active N in line (Save AutoRecovery information every N Minutes)
When I open up a second time Options - Load/Save - General
The default cursor stays on the tree General.
If we use the cursor on the keyboard then we have to use tabs or use the mouse-
that would continue to rise or fall on the tree.

This is more general than the AutoRecovery.
Frankly said (I tested about 6 very different programs) I don't know 1 software
that remembers the cursor position in its dialogs.
The focus is set by default for every dialog.
