I have a PowerPoint presentation with some transitions that are backward in
Impress 3.2.0.  In MS PowerPoint 2007, the "wipe up" transitions behave
correctly.  In Impress, they "wipe down" instead of up.

I have created a test presentation I will attach to this ticket.

I found this using OpenOffice 3.2.0 (GA) on Windows XP Pro SP3.  I see the same
behavior in Impress 3.1.1 on Ubuntu 9.10 Linux (using the version of OO which is
part of Ubuntu 9.10 distro).
