Please see the document I shall attach to this issue. There is a title 'EOSTRE
FAIR' followed by the appropriate date that is shown upside down in a vertical
column to the left. I think it should be right way up and horizontal across the top.

Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"! Vertical text
field will be shown completely wrong. Same bad result with 1.1.4, 2.4.1, 3.3-DEV
