steps to reproduce

- add a toolbar entry with ".uno:TableNumberRecognition" (Number   
  Recognition within text tables) to the "textobjectbar" in writer
- change state (-> press symbol)
- new state will not be shown until you move the cursor or 
  do a document refresh for example

steps to reproduce

- install attached extension
- restart aoo
- new a writer document
- click on new toolbar icon (tablenumberrecognition)
-> toolbar icon will not change state
- now enter a char 
-> toolbar icon will change state
