The custom sort order option needs to be moved from the Options tab to a the
Sort Criteria tab in such a way so that on multi-column sorts you can specify
which column the custom sort order applies to. Also, it's possible to need
multiple custom sort orders on the same sort operation and the current layout
does not allow for that.
