Let localize_sl add the repository name to the filename if it is a non-ooo
repository
for example we have the repositories:

ivo
xyz
ooo

localize_sl -e -l en-US -f myfile.sdf will extract those files:

myfiles.sdf (for ooo) , myfile.sdf.ivo (for ivo), myfile.sdf.xyz (for xyz)

if you don't have any other repository then ooo then nothing will change
