Printing from the command line always depends on the setting of the 'Pages /
Reversed' flag in the 'Printer Options' dialog.  Normally this is fine, but
especially when using the -pt option, can be wrong.  

Please enhance the command line options to provide for a 'reverse' argument to
override the system setting, eg
-[no]revpg
or
-pt[nr], when -pt <printer> would accept the system setting, -ptn would signal
no reverse, overriding the system setting, -ptr would set reverse, overriding
the system setting.
