I've installed OO.o 3.2.1 RC1 from deb 64-bit binaries downloaded from
www.openoffice.org and now when going through some document by rolling the mouse
wheel then after every single move, no matter how tiny, a bubble with text like
"Page 9/22 - 3.21 Some chapter name or what" pops up, blocking part of the
document text and disturbing attention for several seconds. This is exceedingly
annoying indeed. Please change that behaviour.
