Hello,

in the new comment function of Impress, it is not possible to scroll with the
mouse wheel. In Writer-comments this is perfectly working.

I assigned this issue to "wg". Please change this, if this is wrong.

Sure this is a desirable function for the impress comments. But does Writer not
always display the complete comment?

Writer always displays the whole comment when it is not exceeding one page. If
it exceeds one page, it is mouse-scrollable.

I was able to replicate using OOo –dev 3.3.0 DEV300m78 (Build:9501)
Windows XP Service pack 3
Logitech V220 Cordless Optical Mouse for Notebooks

To Reproduce
 1. Insert a comment into an  Impress document
 2. Add enough lines in comment so vertical scroll bar displays (11 lines 
should do)
 3  Try using scroll wheel on mouse. Nothing happens

Since the scroll wheel works when you are viewing a slide in Impress, I 
expected the beahviour to work the same throughout the Impress product.

I also tried scrolling using my laptops TouchPad & TrackPoint and the behaviour 
was the same.

Note:  You can scroll in a comment in Powerpoint.
