When creating any form of callout in a Writer document and saving in ODT all 
seems to work as expected. However when saving as .DOC file or any other MS file 
format the same document will show callouts distorted and reduced in size. 

Other bugs reporting similar issues have been closed or lost in the mix but this 
is still evident in the current 3.2 releases.

NB to see the effect you must close then re-open the document eg as a .DOC not 
just view the open instance. It is after opening that the effect is seen.

This issue is reproducible in build:9593  - Rev. 1372282 on MAC OSX 10.6.8. 

When creating any form of callout in a Writer document and saving in ODT all 
seems to work as expected. However when saving as .DOC file  the same document will show callouts distorted and reduced in size.
