After copy and paste to Lotus Notes letters are overlapped none

While copying some contents (i.e tables)from calc to Lotus notes it is pastins 
as picture with large fonts, that cant be readable.Letters are overlapped. 
anything needs to be done to paste it correctly?

I cannot check.
But once I heard about a sort alike issue.
People then told me, that they could click with the right mouse button, and
change size/.. of the box with text.
Does that open possibilities?

this is an ongoing issue. Copy paste function from Calc to Lotus notes (e.g. email) results with wrongly formatted  picture (big font, overlapping letters). Unreadable
