Description marcel123 2010-06-28 18:41:03 UTC
When an abbreviation is capitalized (e.g Inc.) OO writer will assume that it is
the end of a sentence and capitalize the next letter. The abbreviation is in the
exception table under autocorrect options, however it is lower case (i.e. inc.).
There seems to be no way to enter a capitalized version into the exception table.

While abbreviations are not normally capitalized, this particular example occurs
often in company names and is particularly annoying.

Cannot reproduce on DEV300m83.
After Inc. or inc. the AutoCapitalize function doesn't capitalize (= ok)
Check that you are using the same language in the text and the replacement table.

The problem was that the document language was not the same as the autocorrection
table.
