Description thebluedragont 2010-07-03 00:40:33 UTC
I have both Windows 7 x86 and Ubuntu 10.04 on my computer, and have OpenOffice
on both.
OpenOffice works perfectly fine on Ubuntu, but in Windows it screws up.

Like the summary says, I simply can't change tool bars, meaning I can't access
buttons, such as the Right-to-Left, which I seriously need.
If I try to add a button, it appears, and a moment later disappears.

Just to be clear, the buttons are registered in the tool bar, they just can't be
accessed from the main window.
I can see them only in the "Visible Buttons" menu of the tool bar, but pressing
them does nothing.

I only used the Word Processor so I have no idea if this occurs also in the
other applications.

You have to enable CTL support. See help on "formatting bar".

I do not set this to "worksforme" but to duplicate to issue 54423, because it
works as designed, but there is an usability problem with that settings.
