In the dialog opened from Tools - Options - Load / Save - General - Save (ツール - オプション - 読み込み / 保存 - 全般 - 保存 for ja locale), there is checkbox named "Save URLs relative to file system" ("ファイルシステムに関連した URL を保 存" for ja). This checkbox switches from absolute path to relative path of links like a linked image in the ODF file. Japanese translation of the label seems incorrect and it does not help to understand this function. But its extended tooltip is correct.
