Screenshots for testing localization are always without header. This is useless.
I ask for adding dialog name to file name for easy defining dialogs.

The screenshots made by VCLTesttool, they are named Application + HelpID , ie
writer53195.bmp (and they don't have window border).

Should be: Application + HelpID + _ + WindowCaptionText

Confirming. Human readible file names can make sense. Since this is a "L10N QA
convenience issue", I set the prio to P4.
