handout printing option "left to right, then down" actually prints "top to 
bottom, then right" (at least when printing to a file).

this makes handout printing from oo.org impossible if "left to right" is 
required.

The problem also exists when printing directly to the printer, using OOo
3.3.0rc7. Pretty annoying.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
