Description Joe Smith 2010-08-30 04:10:23 UTC
Clicking on the toolbar sort buttons should automatically select a reasonable
range of cells to sort, excluding any heading row above the data.

The automatic selection works when there is a single row of text headings at the
top of the data cells, but it fails rather badly when more than one row is
present. The text rows under the first are sorted with data cells and the result
is scrambled.

See the attached document for an example.

I believe Excel handles this situation as expected, but I have not actually
tested it.

Sort fails in Rev. 1499347 Win 7. Even when A4:B13 are highlighted sort fails - sort is according to short name instead of ID.

Also Excel 2007 fails.
