Open odb file attached to this issue.
Run any reports, these types of charts (Bar, Bubble,XY) has same problem.
The charts not shows data.
On legends: Column1, Column2, Column3, this shows that in existing report not
pick up data source.

Open one report, select chart, on properties data tab, Change Content to other
table and switch back to original, run report, the chart shows data.

With XY charts, no data in the report in same status when opened before changes,
I reopen issue 113583 on this.

note: the problem was introduced by the fix for issue 112213. So, when verifying
this bug here, it also needs to be verified that issue 112213 is still fixed.
Comment 8 Frank Schönheit 2010-09-22 11:38:03 UTC
note: There's still a number of differences between the charts as they'll be
rendered in 3.3 (when the fix for this issue here is included), and the charts
as they're rendered by 3.2.1.

Some of those differences are legitimate:
- values of type date are represented as "0" in 3.2.1's charts, but as "real"
numeric value (days since <whenever>) in 3.3. This affects the reports
"Bar" and "Bar Stacked" in the bug doc, which both contain a date column in
  their charts.
The "Bar Stacked Percent" report is *not* affected: Its underlying table
does include the date column, but in the report design, this column was
manually removed from the chart. OOo 3.2.1 does not respect this removal,
so it renders a chart with the date column having all 0 values. OOo 3.3
will respect this removal (in fact, this is what issue 112213 was about),
so it will render a chart without the date column.
- the bubble chart in 3.2.1 looks broken to me, and fixed in 3.3

The only other difference between the charts, as far as I can see: In the
X-Y-charts which have some kind of lines with symbols at the data points, those
symbols have a small black border in OOo 3.2.1, and no border at all in 3.3. Not
investigated, yet.

It was an earlier solved issue 108954

New default setting in 3.3 Chart, see:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Feature_Freeze_Testing_3.3#Component_:_Chart

"No black borders are drawn per default around data points and symbols."
