Description markusheinzer 2010-09-15 10:37:30 UTC
Inserting a calc table file into impress as an OLE-object results in a view of
some automatically choosen cell region. It should be possible to define which
cell area has to be inserted and linked. If you have a calc file with several
tables the automatic process chooses sometimes the table that calc was showing
last. When you update all linked objects in impress some of the inserted calc
tables suddenly show different cell areas (sometimes from different tables)
resulting in wrong and badly stretched views (since the OLE-object keeps its
size and the new cell area might be bigger or smaller than the originally chosen
one). The only solution at the time is to have different calc files with each
only one table in it. But still, changing something in the calc file can result
in wrong insertion. Since there is no possibility to choose a region by hand the
automatic choosing process chooses not the same area all the times.
