If I 
1. create a presentation 
2. change to a small page size, e.g. C6
3. save the document, close and reopen it.
4. create a new slide (new slide button)

The text box is now about three times as high as the size of the slide.
Combined with the seconds it takes in Windows to copy and paste a slide, it 
makes Impress unusable.
