Correction:  *extremely* poor bug reporting experience 

I've spend over an hour trying to tell you something fairly simple.  All it
should have taken is a couple of sentences and attach a file.  

Instead, I've logged in and registered half a dozen times.  It told me that in
order to report a bug I would have to log in or register.  I logged in with old
information from my notes.  After a couple of pages, it told me that I wasn't
logged in.  At one point it let me register using the same information. At
another point it told me that my user name already existed.  All of a sudden I
was on a page with a very different layout that wanted me to register.  So I did
that again.  

It really seems like the site needs a thorough review.

This bug report can be closed now that OpenOffice upgraded to Bugzilla 3.2.9.
