If a toolbar sort button is clicked when the current cell is within a defined
database range, the sort should use the settings from the DB range.

It seems that the cell range from the DB range is used, but not the other
settings, specifically, the "Contains column labels" setting.

Instead, the toolbar sort includes the labels in the sort. Further, the sort
updates the DB range, unsetting the labels option and breaking the DB range.
