Open odb file attached to issue 115354.
Run report.
Use File>Save as... menu item, to create odt file.
As the report saves the table toolbar opens as grayed out, no options can be set.
If you close file and reopen it, the Table toolbar works.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
