The default download from the German site
http://de.openoffice.org/downloads/download.html?version=3.2.1 (linked from
http://de.openoffice.org/) is the OpenOffice.org version WITHOUT JRE. 
The international site http://www.openoffice.org/ links to the (german) version
of OpenOffice.org WITH JRE.

We want to install OpenOffice.org in out company so I would like to prefer the
German site but also WITH JRE.

Perhaps it could be a solution to offer the following two options on the
download site:
1. Download OpenOffice.org for first install (with JRE)
2. Download OpenOffice.org for upgrade (without JRE)
3. More Download options like 46bit, other languages, ...
4. Bittorrent
5. Old versions

(Item 3-5 exist today.)

the taste is for everybody different, so I don't know if all wishes could be
satisfied

BTW:
not every platform build is available in both variants

AOO is no longer delivered with an included JRE
