I can't delete built-in shortcut keys. If I in Tools|Customize|Keyboard delete a
shortcut key and click ok, it's back when I restart OpenOffice.

Persists in RC 5.

Not reproduce with AOO 4.1.13 and Windows 10 x64 Pro
Delete shortcut key is final and not back after restart
