Can reproduce it in OOo3.3RC4 on WinXP.

Open an OOo file, just like Writer, enter some characters in this file,
then File - Export, then export dialog appears, there is no 'Export' button 
but only 'Save' button

文件导出为 PDF

Step  	                                                  
1. 打开一个文件并输入一些本地语言字符。
2. 选择文件 --> 导出并选择格式为 pdf。
3. 指定文件名，包含本地语言字符。
4. 单击“导出...”，在选择PDF选项的对话框中点击“导出”。
5. 选择文件 --> 导出为 PDF。
6. 指定选项并单击“导出”。

Expect Result
文件应当被保存为 PDF 格式（两种方式应都能正确保存）。
本地语言文本被正确保存。
