Steps to reproduce:
1. open empty new writer document
2. right click somewhere into the empty document
   context menu opens as expected
3. right click somewhere else  into the empty document
   expected: context menu should be moved to new click location
   actual: context menu will be closed
Same with CALC and DRAW
That behaviour is different from behaviour in my other WIN applications.
New effect, works fine with 3.1.1 (and afaik also with several later versions)

Reset assignee on issues not touched by assignee in more than 2000 days.
