When you insert a table into Draw and select it then the menu entry "Convert" is
left entry. This is unreasonable since there is a workaround for this, which is
like select the table delete it via ctrl-x then open the "Paste Special" dialog
and select one of the listed choices e.g. "GDI Metafile". Thus the "Convert"
menu entry should list all options that can be achieved by this workaround,
which would at least include "Metafile".
