scale width is not saved if you choose ppt format

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create a presentation with the string "abc" with its width scaled 50% and Save
it in both odp and ppt.
odp file is just for comparison purpose. 

	1. Run Impress
	2. Presentation Wizard comes up. Choose "Empty Presentation" and Click "Create".
	3. click the "Click to Add title" and input the string "abc" there
	4. select the string "abc".
	5. let the context menu appear by right-click.
	6. select "Format" Menu.
	7. select "Character..." subMenu.
	8. "Character" Dialog comes up. Select "Position" Tab.
	9. set "Scale width" to 50%
	10. select "OK"
	11. of course, you can see the string whose width is scaled 50% there.

	12. Select "File" Menu.
	13. Select "Save As" submenu.
	14. Save As C:\abc.odp. you may choose other locations.

	15. Select "File" Menu.
	16. Select "Save As" submenu.
	17. Save As C:\abc.ppt. choose you may choose other locations. 
	18. for the dialog comes next, choose"Keep current format".

	19. Close Impress

Now, Open both  files.

	20. Open Impress again.

	18. Presentation Wizard comes up. Choose "Open existing presentation" 
	19.Click "Open" with folder Icon
	20.choose C:\abc.odp.
	21.you can see the string "abc" whose width is scaled 50%.

	22. Select "File" Menu
	23. Select "Open" subMenu
	24. Open C:\abc.ppt
EXPECTED RESULT:

	in odp file, the width of the string "abc" is scaled 50%,
	in ppt file, the width of the string "abc" is scaled 50%.

ACTUAL RESULT:

	in odp file, the width of the string "abc" is scaled 50%,
	in ppt file, the width of the string "abc" is scaled 100%.

when I tested this with doc format, the width of the string scaled 50%
