On Mac OS X 10.6.5, OOo 3.3 RC7 does not recall window sizes for forms in Base.
The form windows are always the same size - wide and short. This is not a
problem in Windows or Linux. I've confirmed that OOo 3.2.1 still has the correct
form window size behavior on my system

I have the same issue in version 3.3.0 (Build 9567) on Mac OS 10.6.8.  I open a form in 'Edit' mode, resize and/or reposition, and save.  The size/position of the window doesn't appear to be saved - the next time the form is opened, it appears as described by OP: short, wide, and always in the same position.
