We have Mandriva 2008.1 official release installed on PC with OpenOffice 2.4.1;
Everything was setup with default options.

Recently the company bought the CanoniR3225 printer and we can't configure OO to
work properly with that printer.
We installed the latest drivers from http://software.canon-europe.com/.

The problem is that OO ignores options in lpoptions( such as CNJobExecMode,
CNMailBox ) but CanoniR3225 refuses to print without these options set up correctly.
Printing from other applications(Acroread, xpdf, Kwrite, thunderbird, gimp)
works perfectly.
Printing from command line works perfectly( lp -d CanoniR3225 -o
CNJobExecMode=store -o CNMailBox=11 -o PageSize=A4 document.pdf)
