Some extentions, at least these produced by The BasicAddonBuilder extention
no longer install
i add 2 files.
- the error who apears during instalation
- a extention who no longer can been instaled

The attached extension installs without problem on my system. OOo 3.3 RC7 (m17)
under Windows Vista.

Attached Extension installs and works fine on OOo 3.3 RC7 (OOO330m17) on MacOS X.

No problems with extension in a m17 under WinXP -> worksforme too !

SOLVED
it only happens when the original library already extist in previous OO 
versions, the extention instaled anyhow, know we get an very onclear error 
message
Please change this to: remove first this "library"

the text must be:

In previous OO versions, the extensions installed even when the basic libraries 
extisted on the computer.
sinds OO330m17, when a library extist, the extention do not installs
please: change the unclear error message to ask for removing the lybraries 
involved
