Description derrek3 2011-01-06 16:26:24 UTC
When I click File > Preview to Web Browser in my OpenOffice.org Presentation
under Ubuntu 10.10 amd64 I get the following message:
The file Track03.wav could not be copied to file:///tmp/sv1g9.tmp/sv207.tmp/:
Non-existent object.
Non-existent file.

Please repair in short time.
Thanks in advance.

Not reproducible with an empty file. Please attach the file to reproduce the
problem.
Comment 2 Marcus 2011-01-07 13:37:30 UTC
@derrek3:
the error text doesn't point to this possible root cause, so just as a hint: you
have enough space in /tmp to create that temp file?
Comment 3 derrek3 2011-01-07 22:11:16 UTC
Answer to wg:
I run OpenOffice.org Presentation with a pps file.
That pps file have I attached now.
That pps file have I converted with Assistent to odp and it makes no difference.
I must shorten that file because it is longer than 1 MB.
I hope the attach has succeeded.
Perhaps is this problem familiar with the issue I wrote before, see number 116235.

Answer to mla:
The free space in library /tmp = 2.2GB.
What I see is: OpenOffice will create a file in a library with the same name and
Ubuntu 10.10 is not amused.
