MRU->IHI: the German language pack is broken, it shows EN help and the resources
for the print dialog in Writer and Calc are defective,means the print dialog
shows wrong controls.

it looks like the help generation does not work since m96, I have to looking 
further into this

changes made by gnumake2 caused this issue. I try to revert the changes

ok, the help is fixed now. The problem with wrong layout in the print dialog
will be fixed in a different issue
