Open a csv file with a blan in its name => the textimport dialog shows a %20 in
its windowtitle

Thanks for pointing out redundance of my report (Issue 128295). Evidently I did not use proper operators in my queries.

"%20" problem concerns both file opening and file saving. And Paste Special
functionality too. ("%3A" can be also observed).

Attached image file "URL notation" provides few examples of "%20" & "%3A"
in AOO components (for reference only).

Observed in both AOO 4.1.7 and AOO 4.2.0-dev.
