It is happens in OOo 3.3, dev300m99, others not tested.
To reproduce it create new form or add to existing on in design view the Table
Control from More controls toolbar.
Select any table which contains Integer field, add this table into form, finish
wizard.
The inserted table control contains integer field inserted as numeric field.

You can change this formatting as workaround with Replace with... option from
local menu. 

Contrary this, if you create from with form wizard and inserts with it integer
fields, it inserts integer field as formatted field.

Forget to set OOo version number.
