From http://support.openoffice.org/index.html the link to the Users Mail List Archives links to http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=users, which says:
  Not Found
  The page you were looking for doesn't exist.
  You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

Apologies if this is a duplicate - I have been unable to check for existing issues (see issue 117246).

The link below that is also broken - "General OOo Mail Lists" linking to http://support.openoffice.org/project/www/mail_list.html gives the "Not Found" message.

Both links are fixed. Now we only need the content of the list archive.
But that will come in soon...

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

the two link can be access normally.so suggest close the defect.
