to reproduce:
- Open a HSQL file
- Open a odb database bound to Oracle via JDBC
- Open a form in that file
- Go to filter mode
- Open a form in the first opened HSQL file
- Crash

No crash with OpenOffice 3.2.1, regression.

There was some problem with having multiple JDBC connections open at the same time, fixed in CWS dba34d, IIRC. Don't remember the details, maybe Ocke does. Might be related to this problem here.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
